Maria Armi Señir
Co-Founder
Chairwoman and Consultant

Armi, a mother of 3 daughters, is a graduate of Business Administration major in Financial Management at the University of the Philippines Diliman in 1973. After several years of honing her skills in the banking industry at the Manila Bank and the Chase Manhattan Bank Manila, she joined the family trading business as a Finance Manager. Investing in real estate was part of her functions which led to a lucrative profession later as a licensed real estate broker.  

She is an active member of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines GREENHILLS Chapter (REBAP) since 1988 where she received awards for top gross sales and leases, top donor and outstanding member.

Likewise, she’s an active member of the Couples for Christ, Christ the King Chapter since 1991, serving in the Music Ministry. Her invaluable experience, wisdom and joyful spirit inspires the team.
Maria Michiko Señir Llamado
Co-Founder
Sales and Marketing

Michiko is a graduate of A.B Management Economics at the Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU). She spent almost 15 years in the financial industry starting in ING Investment Management and currently in Sun Life Financial Philippines as a Licensed Financial Advisor and Certified Investment Solicitor. She was inspired to join the Real Estate Industry by her mom, Armi, because she saw how that opportunity enabled them to spend more time with their kids. Michiko eventually became a licensed real estate broker and has been in the industry since 2011. She stays driven because of her heart to serve every client. No matter what comes her way, her commitment keeps her in the path to success.

She is a member of REBAP Greenhills chapter. She was featured in Hoppler as broker of the month in July 2019.

She loves matching as she takes client’s and co-broker’s requirements and finds listings that address their needs. In this business, She constantly connects with clients, sellers, and fellow brokers.
Jesse James Cooley Llamado
Co-Founder
Sales and Business Development

Jesse James is a graduate of B.S. in Finance in University of Baguio and B.S. in Accountancy in Philippine School of Business Administration-Manila. He is a co-founder of Elevaxion Inc., a non-profit Christian organization which aims to build a generation of servant leaders and speakers. He is also the co-founder of Philippine Advocates for Consultants and Trainers (P.A.C.T.). He is a Registered Financial Planner certified by Registered Financial Planner Philippines.

He is also a Professional Speaker partnered with Mzone Training Philippines. Jesse James was first exposed in Sales way back in 2009 when he joined Anchor Land Holdings Inc. as a property specialist. He later on got the opportunity to work Procter and Gamble Philippines as a Tax accountant. Years after, he was encouraged by his girlfriend then, now his wife, Michiko, to try the potential of Real Estate Brokerage.

Fast forward today, he is continuing to learn more about the industry and expanding his territory as a licensed real estate broker. He is the business developer of the team who’s always looking for opportunities for growth through marketing and networking.
Maria Graciella Señir

Operations and Marketing

Graciella also known as Grace by many, is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management minor in Financial Management at the Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU) in 2011.

She previously worked as a transfer Pricing Analyst in Deutsche Knowledge Services Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG. She’s been with the company for 6 fruitful years.

Encouraged by her mom and sister and wanting to challenge herself in a different field, she decided to join them in the real estate practice. She is also a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management in 2019.
